Mr Brian Mwenda, the alleged fake lawyer will celebrate Mashujaa Day in Industrial Are Prison remand.
Mwenda’s effort to get a bill were not successful after the application was put off to Monday.
Meanwhile the Law Society of Kenya and its President Erick Theuri have been allowed to participate in Mwenda’s case which he is accused of practicing illegally.
The youthful Mwenda comes from Maara constituency in Tharaka Nithi County.
He is said to have successfully represented clients in the court and won 26 cases some before High Court judges beating his ‘counterpart’ counsel hands down.
