A 45-year-old primary School teacher from Tachasis Primary in Kuresoi North has been arrested after being found in the act with a 13-year-old pupil from the school.
According to Kuresoi North Deputy County Commissioner Albunus Ndiso, they received the alarming call from parents who had held demonstrations demanding for the expulsion of the teacher.
The Parents confirmed that they had been receiving reports from the students on the teacher’s sexual harassment cases, when they decided to ambush, finding him in the act.
Kuresoi North Subcounty Director of Education said they are following on the issue and the suspect is currently being held at Temuyotta Police station awaiting to be arraigned in court.
