Twenty (20) teams are set to do battle at this year’s Embu Rugby 7s tournament set to be held at the Njukiri ASK Showground on 10th and 11th June 2023.
The tournament will see the teams drawn into 5 pools compete for the Embu 7s title, with coaches keen to test their squads ahead of the National 7s Circuit set to begin on 24th June 2023 in Eldoret.
The event features a new addition to the tournament with the introduction of Age Grade Rugby to promote grassroot rugby in primary and high school teams.
Previous winners of the tournament include Strathmore Leos (2022), Menengai Oilers (2019), Mean Machine (2018) and Samurai Select (2017)
